Dear ProEnglish Supporter,
Senator Marco Rubio was interviewed on television recently saying he supports making English our nation's official language. Anti-English multiculturalists are already calling Sen. Rubio “too extreme” for holding this common-sense position.
Let’s show Sen. Rubio -- as soon as possible -- that he has our support for making English our official language. Senators who take a courageous stand for official English and assimilation need to hear from their supporters, because too often they only hear from their opponents.
I'm asking you today to do two things to help us with our final, year-end push of support for courageous Congressmen and Senators like Sen. Marco Rubio who stand for official English. The 1st session of the current Congress is scheduled to adjourn in early December, so let's show official English supporters they are not alone in the fight to preserve our common language. We can show them they have the support of thousands of ProEnglish supporters in all 50 states. First, please take a moment to fill out our online petition to show your support for Sen. Marco Rubio's official English stand here. We will present the complete petitions to Sen. Marco Rubio's office. Second, I am asking you to donate today to help fund this online petition effort which will allow us to expand our online grassroots activities. Our goal is to further develop our website and make it an even more interactive tool for you to reach your elected officials on these vital issues.
Any donation will help us reach more of our members, inform more people about this critical issue, and counter the ideology of multiculturalism that is destroying our country. If you would like to mail us your donation, you can send it to: ProEnglish (Please note: Gifts intended for the 2011 tax season must be postmarked by Dec. 31, 2011). Thank you for your help! Sincerely,
Robert Vandervoort
