More Info

January 25, 2011
Last night, the Indiana House brought HB 1255 to the floor for an up-or-down vote.  The bill, which requires that all official state documents and communications to be printed in no language other than English and for driver’s manuals and written exams be printed in no language other than English, passed overwhelmingly by a vote of 63 to 26 (Roll Call 21).
Thank you for your many phone calls and emails urging your State Reps. to vote YES on HB 1255!
The bill will now head over to the Senate, so there’s no time
to waste to contact your State Senator!
