Instructions for adding ProEnglish to your email signature
If you are using Yahoo:
Click on "Options" ---> Click on "Signature" ---> Click "Color and Graphics" ---> Cut and paste a sample ProEnglish signature from above into the box, or type your own ---> Check the "Add signature to all outgoing messages" box ---> Click "Save."
If you are using Hotmail:
Click on "Options" ---> Go to the "Mail" category ---> Click on "Personal Signature" ---> Select the "Show the Rich Text Toolbar" box ---> Cut and paste a sample ProEnglish signature from above into the box, or type your own ---> Click "OK."
If you are using AOL:
Click on "Mail | Set Mail Signatures" from the menu in AOL ---> Click "Create" ---> Under "Signature Name," type "ProEnglish Signature" ---> Cut and paste a sample ProEnglish signature from above into the box, or type your own ---> Click "OK."
If you are using Microsoft Outlook:
Click on "Tools" ---> Select "Options" ---> Click on the "Mail Format" tab ---> Click on "Signatures" ---> Click "New" and type "ProEnglish Signature" ---> Cut and paste a sample ProEnglish signature from above into the box, or type your own ---> Click "OK."
